Modern Slavery Statement

This statement sets out the steps The Millstone Group Ltd has taken, and continues to take, to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place anywhere within our own business or our supply chains. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all of our business relationships.

The Millstone Group is a parent company that owns and operates businesses across business services, digital and property:

• Millstone Business Services - business support, administration, writing, translation, copywriting and professional virtual assistant services.
• Millstone Digital - web design, search, social media and e-commerce.
• Millstone Property - residential lettings, block and commercial property management.
• Millstone Storefronts - our own online shops (coming soon).

Our supply chains include maintenance and building contractors, professional advisers, and technology and service providers. We operate primarily in the United Kingdom, and most of our suppliers are UK-based.

We expect the same high standards from our suppliers and contractors that we hold ourselves to. Our recruitment practices include checks on the right to work, and we pay all of our people at least the relevant minimum wage. We have a clear expectation, reflected in our supplier relationships, that no forced, bonded or trafficked labour is used at any point in the delivery of our services.

When engaging contractors and suppliers, we consider the risks of modern slavery in that relationship and take reasonable steps to satisfy ourselves that our suppliers operate lawfully and ethically. Where concerns arise, we will investigate and, if necessary, end the relationship.

We assess our exposure to modern slavery as relatively low, given that our business is UK-based and centred on management and professional services rather than manufacturing or high-volume labour. We keep this assessment under review as our business and supply chains grow.

We make our team aware of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking and encourage anyone with concerns to raise them. We will provide further training as our business grows.

This statement is reviewed and approved by the directors of The Millstone Group Ltd and will be reviewed at least annually. This statement was approved in August 2026.
